Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final. Open play, events, classes, camps, and drop-off are non-refundable and non-transferable. Parties must be paid in full at booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable. We may cancel for safety or operational reasons; refunds or credits will be issued at our discretion. By purchasing, you consent to the use of your information to process bookings and communications and authorize Little Brain Lab to store your payment method on file for add-ons, incidentals, or applicable charges. You acknowledge participation involves inherent risks and assume all risks for yourself and any minor child, and agree to release and hold harmless Little Brain Lab. A signed waiver is required for entry.
