What is Little Brain Lab?
Little Brain Lab is a calm indoor play space for young children. Our space is designed for free play, movement, and imagination in a clean, orderly environment. Children must be supervised by their accompanying adult. We do not provide childcare.

How do I book?
All parties and open play are booked online. Details, pricing, guest limits, add-ons, and policies are on our website.

Do you offer phone support?
We don’t offer phone consultations. Support is provided in writing for clarity.

​

Do I need a reservation to visit?
Yes. All visits are scheduled in advance so we can maintain a comfortable experience for families.

Is this a drop-off space?
No. A parent or caregiver must remain with their child at all times, except during a paid drop off/camp booking.

​

What should we wear?
Adults and Children wear socks with grips inside the space. Shoes are removed upon entry.

Open Play

What happens during open play?
Open play is a scheduled session where children explore the playground at their own pace. There is no structured programming. Children naturally move between areas based on interest and energy level.

What does the play space include?
The space includes a large ball pool with slides, a climbing wall, a trampoline, soft play equipment, pretend play areas, and a sensory swing. There is plenty to explore without added activities.

Are open play sessions refundable?
Open play sessions are non-refundable.

​

Can I reschedule open play?
Yes. Open play can be rescheduled before the session start time by managing your booking online.

Birthday Parties

Are birthday parties private?
Yes. All birthday parties are private celebrations with exclusive use of the playground and party room.

How long are parties?
Parties are 1.5 to 2 hour total depending on the tier. The final 30 minutes are reserved for food and cake in the party room.

​

Are activities structured or guided?
No. Parties are centered around free play in the playground. Children stay engaged through movement, exploration, and imaginative play.

​

What do kids do at a party?
Children enjoy free play throughout the space, including the ball pool, slides, climbing, trampoline, soft play, and sensory areas.

​

Do parties start and end on time?
Yes. Parties begin and end at the scheduled time. Early entry, extended time, or same-day changes are not available.

​

Can I see the party venue?

Yes. Take a brief tour of our indoor play and party space. A $25 no-show fee is charged to reserve the time and refunded upon arrival. By booking, you agree to the fee and our cancellation terms. Tours are for space viewing only and do not include party consultation.

Party Packages

What is included in the Classic Party?
The Classic Party includes exclusive use of the space, pizza and juice for 16 children, and a dedicated party attendant. Decorations are not included and are not permitted with this package.

What is included in the Super Party?
The Super Party includes decor and additional enhancements for families who want a more styled celebration.

​

What is included in the Diamond Party?
The Diamond Party includes 2 hour rental, premium decor and our highest level of party enhancements.

​

Balloons & Decorations

Can I bring my own decorations?
No. Outside decorations, balloons, vendors, and entertainers are not permitted.

 

Is decor available for any party?
Decor is included only with Super and Diamond party packages. Classic parties do not include decor.

Guest Counts

How many guests are included?
Each party includes up to 16 children and 18 adults.

 

What if we expect more guests?
Additional children are $20 each and additional adults are $10 each, up to 40 total guests (children & adults combined). Guest counts must be finalized in advance.

Food and Add-Ons

Is food included?
Pizza and juice are included for children. Additional food options may be added depending on the party package.

 

Can we add extra time?

Additional time up to 1 hour is subject to availability and must be purchased in advance.

​

When do food and add-ons need to be finalized?
Food and add-ons must be selected and paid at least 5 days before the event.

 

Are same-day add-ons allowed?
No. Same-day add-ons or transactions are not available.

Payments

When is the payment due?
Parties must be paid in full at booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
For Add ons, payment is due immediately by adding to your cart online, or upon receipt of invoice.

How is payment completed?
Booking online. A secure payment link is sent when additional payment is required.

​​

Are party payments refundable?
No. Party deposits are non-refundable.

​

Memberships

Do you offer memberships?
We are not enrolling new members at this time.

 

What does membership typically include?
Membership includes limited weekly access for a family, along with priority booking for weekend open play sessions and select events.

Drop Off and Camps

Do you offer drop-off programs?
Yes. We offer drop-off mini camps on select school closing days and summer camp programs. Times subject to change.

 

What ages are eligible for drop-off camps?
Our camp programs are designed for children ages 3.5 to 6 years old only.

 

Are children required to be potty trained?
Yes. Campers must be fully potty trained and able to use the restroom independently.

 

Is Little Brain Lab a childcare facility?
No. We are not a childcare or daycare facility. Our camps are structured, short-term enrichment programs.

 

Are you licensed?
Yes. Little Brain Lab operates as a licensed New Jersey youth camp and follows all state requirements.
