Book your visit online to secure a spot. During peak times, play is limited to 90 minutes. Both adults and children must wear socks; kids need socks with grips to prevent slipping. Please sign the waiver.

Walk-ins are welcome, but spots are not guaranteed.

Regular admission is $30 for 1 child and 1 adult. Extra adults are $5, and extra siblings are $15.

We do not allow birthday celebrations during open play; please book a party package instead.

Restrooms are across the hall and locked for security. Request a key at the front desk. Each restroom has a baby changing table. We provide shower slides/shoe protectors. Please return the key and protectors after use.

Monthly memberships give you unlimited access to our playground (excluding holidays, maintenance, or private events).

Memberships include evening key-code access and one free drop-off play session. Reservations are required, and you can use your membership to book spots in advance.

On Saturdays after 12 pm and all day Sundays, you can also park in the PNC bank lot above Little Brain Lab. Please relocate your vehicle at other times to avoid towing.

We have designated stroller parking directly in front of our windows for your convenience.

You can book a party in person or online. Just check our calendar for available times and choose the slot that works best for you.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. For any additional guests over the included 16 kids and 18 adults, it's $20 per extra child and $10 per extra adult.

We recommend a total of 40 guests, including adults, to ensure a safe and fun environment. An adult-to-child ratio of 2:1 is advised, but we can accommodate up to 48 guests if needed.

Yes, with restrictions. If you bring your own, there's a $75 Decor Fee. BYO Decorations must be handheld or freestanding (no balloon garlands, no pinatas), no tape or glue on walls/ceilings and must be removed by the end of your rental time.

Early setup by our staff is $50 per 30 minutes, subject to availability.
