Policies

Waivers, Cancellations & Refunds

All adults must sign the liability waiver and list any minors in their care. Socks are required for all guests, and children must wear grip socks for safety.

Parties
Parties must be paid in full at booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
For Add ons, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

Open Play & Drop-Off
Deposits are non-refundable for missed appointments. Sessions may be rescheduled prior to the start by logging into your online account, and managing your bookings.

Weekly Camps
Client-cancelled camp bookings receive a partial refund after the cancellation fee is deducted. Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty.

Membership Terms

Memberships are not offered at this time. Memberships require a two-month minimum commitment and renew automatically each month. After the initial term, memberships may be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle by email.

Code of Conduct & Expulsion Policy

Little Brain Lab is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all families. To protect that experience, we reserve the right to remove any visitor whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of our rules.

Parents, guardians, and caregivers are expected to supervise their children at all times and ensure safe, appropriate use of the space.

Immediate removal may occur if a visitor:
• Threatens or intimidates staff or other guests
• Refuses to follow safety rules or payment policies
• Engages in behavior that puts themselves or others at risk

Visitors who are asked to leave may contact management to request a review. All situations are considered carefully with the goal of maintaining a safe, supportive environment for the community.
