Waivers, Cancellation & Refunds
All adults must sign the liability waiver and add their minors to at least 1 waiver. All guests must wear socks. Children must wear socks with grips at the bottom. ​
Parties: Deposits for parties are non-refundable and non- transferable. Cancelled parties within 30 days will be charged in full.
Open play & Drop-Off: Deposits are non-refundable (for missed appointments) but can be rescheduled (with 24 hours notice), and the new date must be within 6 months from the date of original booking.
Membership, Terms & Conditions
Membership subscriptions require a 2 month minimum commitment. Subscriptions are auto-renewed per month. After the initial month + 1 additional month, membership can be cancelled before the next billing period via email. For all plans except unlimited family membership, extra charges per visit include: $5 for second adult, $15 for a 2nd child without a membership.
Expulsion, Code of Conduct
At Little Brain Lab, we prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all our visitors. While we strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment, we also have a responsibility to ensure that all visitors follow our rules and behave in a respectful manner. To this end, we have an expulsion policy in place to address any disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.

If a visitor is causing a disturbance, disrespecting others, or putting themselves or others in danger, we reserve the right to ask them to leave. Our staff is trained to handle any situation, and we will take necessary action to ensure the safety of all visitors. We expect parents, nannies, and guardians to supervise their children and ensure that they are behaving appropriately.

In the event that a visitor is threatening our staff, refusing to pay, or engaging in any other unacceptable behavior, we will take immediate action to remove them from the premises. We take our responsibility to maintain a safe environment seriously, and we expect all visitors to do the same.

If a visitor is expelled from Little Brain Lab, they may appeal the decision by contacting our management team. We will carefully consider all the facts and listen to the visitor's side of the story before making a final decision.
