A: Booking a birthday party at Little Brain Lab is easy and convenient. You can either visit us in person or book online through our website. To book online, simply check our available times on the calendar and select the slot that works best for you. Please note that a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. For security and privacy reasons, we do not accept payment over the phone. We look forward to helping you celebrate your little one's special day!

A: The maximum number of people that can comfortably attend a Little Brain Lab party is 40 attendees. However, it is possible to accommodate up to 48 guests if necessary. For any additional guests over the initial 40, there are specific charges: $20 per additional child and $10 per additional adult. To ensure a safe and manageable environment, it is recommended to maintain an adult-to-child ratio of 2:1, which helps in overseeing activities and providing necessary supervision throughout the event.

A: Unfortunately, Little Brain Lab does not permit any outside food, balloons, or decorations. This policy ensures the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. We do, however, provide an extensive selection of balloons and decorations for purchase directly from us. Our catering services include delicious pizzas from local restaurant partners. For party bookings, pizzas and drinks are provided for the children, with additional options available for adults. This allows you to focus on the celebration while we manage all the details.

A: Reserve in advance at littlebrainlab.com to secure a spot, especially during peak times when play is limited to 90 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed. Everyone must wear socks; kids need grip socks. Remember to bring socks for everyone! Both adults and children must wear socks; kids need socks with grips to prevent slipping. We do not allow birthday celebrations during open play, and non-compliance with policies will result in being asked to leave. We look forward to your visit!

A: We offer both street and lot parking. Located in South Orange downtown, you will find street parking and lot parking options available. For lot parking, proceed to 18 S Orange Ave, South Orange, NJ 07079. You may park in the PNC lot above LBL on Saturdays after 12 pm and all day Sundays. Please ensure you relocate your vehicle at other times to avoid towing. Additionally, we provide designated stroller parking directly in front of the windows outside the space for your convenience.

A: Restrooms are across the hall and locked for security. Request a key at the front desk. Each has a baby changing table. We provide shower slides/shoe protectors. Return key and protectors after use. Thank you!

A: Yes! We offer monthly subscriptions for unlimited access (except holidays, maintenance, or private events), including evening keycode access and 1 free drop-off play session. Reservations are required. You can use your plan to reserve spots. Join the fun and level up your game!
